My name is Candy Rose-Lucas and I am a licensed massage therapist located in Westerville, Ohio and serve the greater Columbus, Ohio area. I provide compassionate and nurturing therapies for cancer patients. Comfort and safety is always my goal.

Cancer can challenge patients on many levels, physical, emotional and body image. Massage can help to decrease stress, anxiety, depression, and fatigue. It can improve sleep, reduce pain and reduce the need for pain medication, as well as decrease symptoms related to chemotherapy. Massage can soothe the soul.

Being a cancer survivor myself (I have been cancer free since 1997), I can relate to the ups and downs, the roller coaster of emotions that one goes through. I know support of family, friends and touch that is nurturing can make a difference in how cancer affects you.

Cancer has touched my life personally, not only for me, but the lives of dear friends. For this reason I decided to specialize in Oncology massage (Massage therapy for people living with cancer). I have traveled extensively throughout the United States from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City to the Oregon Health and Science University Hospital in Portland, Oregon to receive my training.
